I’ve heard that there are lots of untapped grants to start businesses relating to early childhood education. I’m looking to start a business for bilingual education in early childhood. Where are all these untapped grants?

    In California, your local First 5 could have untapped funds. Look in your local county for the local official agnecy (LOA) for childcare issues and they can clue you in. Likewise early education programs at community colleges.
