Do I need an Associates degree to get an Early Childhood Education degree?

Kiss asked:

I’m new to this whole college deal and I’m planning on going into Early Childhood Education.

Do I need to, or is it recommended, that I get an AA before starting in on that?

Certification in Early Childhood Education generally requires a Bachelors degree (generally takes 4 years). I would be appalled if anyone could get away with just having an Associates (generally takes 2 years).

it depends of whats your deal and planning to go to ECD early childhood education the best things is plan and decide it later when your ready and prepared for it and yes its considered as a recommendation but it depends if you will the trust the recommendation.
